ABOUT ALEJANDRA

I connect brand strategy, demand generation, and go-to-market execution into systems that drive measurable revenue — not just campaigns, but sustainable commercial performance.

As CMO at The Federal Savings Bank, the largest privately held, veteran-owned federally chartered bank in the U.S., I lead enterprise marketing and growth strategy supporting $6B+ in funded volume — building digital acquisition into a core growth pillar that has generated $250M+ in funded loan volume from a standing start. I’ve also led our enterprise rebrand, CRM and MarTech transformation, and enterprise AI strategy, partnering directly with other the C-suite members.

Over 25+ years across financial services, CPG, retail, and global agency networks — including Kimberly-Clark, Clorox, and Colgate-Palmolive — I’ve built and led growth organizations across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. At Geometry Global (WPP), I held full P&L responsibility for the agency behind Kimberly-Clark’s $8.5B North America commerce portfolio. At Young & Rubicam, I led an 80-person team overseeing $500M+ in media investment for Colgate-Palmolive across Latin America. I’ve since advised global CPG and media leaders — including Coca-Cola and AB InBev — on go-to-market transformation.

I teach Branding in the Digital Age at Northwestern’s Medill School, serve on the board of North Shore International Network, and was recognized in the Institute for Real Growth’s Top 100 Global CMOs.
