Andrea Rosko

Andrea Rosko, Head of Marketing & Communications, is based in Marathon Capital’s Chicago office. She works closely with the firm’s senior bankers to develop and execute internal and external communications strategies that support key industry verticals, service offerings, and geographic markets. Andrea also leads the firm’s Marketing department, providing strategic direction and oversight across branding, communications, content development, digital marketing, and business development initiatives. 

Andrea joined Marathon Capital as a Marketing Coordinator, where she played a key role in organizing firmwide meetings, managing the firm’s website and marketing materials, and supporting CRM administration. Through progressive leadership roles, she has helped shape and elevate the firm’s brand, communications, and marketing platform. Prior to joining Marathon Capital, Andrea held sales and event management positions focused on developing and executing promotional programs that increased market visibility and strengthened brand awareness. 

Andrea earned her Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a B.A. in Marketing Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Columbia College Chicago.
