Andrea Moe is a Chicago-based customer experience and success executive with more than 20 years of leadership at the intersection of fintech, financial services, and customer-driven growth. As Head of Client Services for Account Origination and Digital Banking at FIS (following its 2025 acquisition of Fintech Amount), Andrea leads Customer Success, Customer Analytics, and Affiliate Growth teams responsible for thousands of clients and over half a billion in revenue. 
Andrea holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and is a passionate advocate for putting the voice of the customer at the center of every growth strategy.
