Shanda Trautman has more than 20 years of marketing, sales and recruitment experience. She leads the bank’s brand and marketing strategies. At 38, she took on the new role of EVP and CMO for the bank in 2020 and is currently the only female on the bank’s executive management team of six. She specializes in marketing strategy, branding, corporate communications, product innovation and strategic planning. She joined OMB in 2015. Prior to joining OMB, she spent three years leading Revel Advertising as Director of Accounts and three years at Northwestern Mutual. Shanda is very active in the community. Governor Mike Parson (Missouri) appointed her to serve on State Technical College of Missouri’s Board of Regents. She also serves on the City of Springfield’s Public Building Corporation Board, Leadership Missouri Board of Directors, Discovery Center of Springfield’s Board of Directors and the Springfield Sports Commission.
