Marco Carrucciu is a seasoned marketing executive with a diverse background in driving digital transformation and achieving business growth passionate about leveraging technology to drive measurable results. With over 20 years of experience, Marco has a proven track record of leading successful marketing strategies in both domestic and international markets.
Currently serving as Vice President of Marketing at TradeStation, Marco is responsible for overseeing the company’s marketing efforts and driving customer acquisition and retention. TradeStation is a leading provider of trading technology and online brokerage services, catering to sophisticated active traders globally. Marco’s leadership has been instrumental in conceptualizing and executing the strategy that seamlessly integrates marketing automation, operational productivity enhancements, data monetization strategies, and artificial intelligence. By strategically deploying these technologies, TradeStation optimized marketing efforts and built a robust foundation for sustained growth. As a firm believer in the power of AI, Marco champions its integration into marketing endeavors, unlocking new dimensions of efficiency and effectiveness, positioning TradeStation as an industry leader. While at TradeStation, he conceived and delivered the MiamiBull, an 11-foot, 3,000-pound statue, installed at the Miami Dade College Wolfson campus as a symbol of modern finance built through technological innovation and inclusive literacy.
Prior to joining TradeStation, Marco held the position of President and CMO at BKey Consulting, a boutique consulting firm partnering with private equity funds. At BKey consulting he worked closely with top brands to define and execute digital transformation strategies. During his tenure, he played a key role in implementing successful growth plans, business modeling, product innovation and profitability optimization for clients such as Ferrari, Luxottica, Maserati, and LVMH, among others prestigious luxury brands.
Prior to that Marco also held leadership positions in Ferrari, Maserati, Granitifiandre Group and Dulevo International.
Marco completed two Executive certificate at the prestigious MIT Sloan School of Management, focused on CX design, Ai, Blockchain, and Data Science providing him with practical knowledge and hands-on experience in emerging technologies and their impact on organizations.
Prior to his studies at MIT, he pursued an MBA in Strategy and Management at the Drucker School of Management, where he spent two years learning from his mentors, Peter F. Drucker and Vijay Sathe.
